It is important to mention that , as intermediary , we cannot be held responsible for the realization or no realization of deals between Buyer and Seller . We cannot be responsible for any defect of contract which can involve the realization of this one . 

"Responsibility and Due Diligence: 

The intermediary acts exclusively as a facilitator of business relationships. As such, it is reminded that it is the responsibility of each Party (Buyer and Seller) to carry out, under its own responsibility, all customary due diligence checks concerning:
1.    The identity and solvency of their co-contractor;
2. The compliance and origin of the funds used for the transaction;
3. The legal capacity of the signatories to commit their company.
Consequently, the intermediary cannot be held liable for any failure to pay, non-compliance of the goods, or any false statements made by either Party. The intermediary's involvement is strictly limited to assisting with commercial negotiations, without any guarantee of the Parties' respective contractual obligations being fulfilled.

We strive to provide each of the parties with the maximum amount of information to enable them to carry out the transactions serenely. This information must be verified by both parties .

The signature of the contract is thus of the only responsibility of the Buyer and the Seller .

Any possible dispute will be treated between the 2 actors without any involvement of the Intermediary that we are.
